Создатель with aspects of this field appearing in his work as speculative renditions from urban memory and fiction Michael Lee is an artist trained in Communications and Writing. He is invested in architecture and the histories of constructed landscapes in Singapore, as well as in his approach: systems thinking evident in his text-based artworks and installations. Lee exhibits in Singapore and Europe, in notable institutions like National Gallery Singapore, Singapore Art Museum, NUS Museum, Witte de With Rotterdam and has his practice showcased in surveys such as the 8th Shenzhen Sculpture Biennale and the 3rd Kuandu Biennale, and in Fukuoka Asian Art Museum and Bangkok Art and Culture Centre. As a curator, Michael also works with artists and curators for independent projects and community sites, dealing with issues of materialism and economics, representation and space.Michael Lee
