[nb-NO]Description[nb-NO]Women wear shoulder or head wrappers which are richly woven in silk and matallic yarn known as supplementary wefts. The cloth is predominantly red with a centre-field of finely patterned plaid. It is bordered transversely by a row of tumpal (triangular motifs representing the bamboo shoot) in supplementary-weft weave.
